One-to-one leadership development

What are you looking to achieve and what is getting in the way? We can use any number of coaching slogans but our routes into effective leadership are not the same for everyone. The aim is to bring clarity to your decision making processes, understand how to differentiate, negotiate and satisfy the needs of your teams, enabling them to perform, while developing the skills to lead them more effectively. Together we find out what works for you and how we can make that work for everyone.

Leadership teams

Working with small groups of leaders to strengthen communication, collaboration, and set the culture for, and with, those you lead. Initial audits may include tools such as DISC and EQ360 as well as data gained through observation, feedback, and 1-1 meetings with SLT. What are our obligations to each other in developing a high performance culture? What does 'success' look like here? Is that true for everyone? What assumptions are we making and how is this impacting our aims?

Our Process

Audit - the culture

We can't fix a problem we haven't yet recognised and understood. We begin by looking honestly at where you are now — the culture, the people, and the obstacles that may be holding you back.

Define - the problem

What’s working, what isn’t, and why? This is about identifying patterns which negatively impact your intended outcomes. It may be in your communication, lack of policy, or assumptions which incorrectly inform your behaviour or decision making, contributing to a confused and misaligned working culture.

Design - the solution

This is the creative stage. Together, we provide you and your teams with the skillsets needed to bring solutions to the problems we have identified. Sustainable toolkits and a deeper understanding of how performance can be enhanced through culture are developed here.

Align - the policies

Finally, we embed the culture. Policy, professional boundaries, oversight and CPD which actually matters to the people in your teams. with differentiated development targets put in place. Make it purposeful, accountable, sustainable and meaningful.
