About James
My route here hasn’t been a straight line. I’ve worked across education, sport, business and the creative sectors — each environment demanding something different, each shaping how I understand leadership and culture. Working to bring solutions to complex problems has always provided me with the space to be creative, a key component of what motivates me - no matter the industry. From young reception age children to older adults and everyone in between, the extensive range, nature and needs of the people I've worked with has helped me develop a highly adaptive approach to how I coach.
